Once the registration has been completed, it is recommended that the client app displays the feedback of the verification process to the user. Although B-FY does this independently with the user, for an optimal app UX, it is recommended that the verification steps are displayed in the app, showing the corresponding information message. This helps to ensure that, if the user does not know what to do, recommendations are given to complete their verification. Verification consists of 3 steps that are executed sequentially by the user:
- Sending of the verification email from the B-FY system. Opening of the email by the user.
- Sending of the verification SMS from the B-FY system. Opening of the SMS by the user.
- User activation.
Once the verification process is complete, the user is fully verified and the customer app is notified of this. From this moment on, the customer knows that the user is validated and can identify him/her at the points where the customer wishes, both in the app itself and in devices external to the smartphone itself.
In this verification process, there are two actions that the user is allowed to perform from the client application:
- Verification email or SMS forwarding.
- Cancellation of the verification process.
