To register a user, the two fields of email and telephone number must be indicated. If these data have never been used, the registration is completed for verification, but if there is a problem with the data, the user's registration will be rejected, indicating this to the customer app with a specific error code. Whenrejecting a user, this can be dueto:
- The email or phone is being used by other users. In the B-FY system only one email or phone number is allowed to be used by one person for identification security reasons. If this is repeated, an error code will be returned to the caller of the registry so that the UI can indicate this to the user. If this problem persists, the solution is to contact support (B-FY or customer support, depending on the terms of the agreement).
- The email is in the wrong format.
- The phone is formatted incorrectly.
If none of these conditions are met, the system will accept the registration of B-FY. This means that this user can verify his or her data. For security reasons, the verification must take place in less than 30 minutes.
