B-FY offers an identification service to clients. This service is offered in two modalities:
- Using B-FY App- There are clients who use the B-FY app to use the identification services. This is because they do not have or want their own app.
- Using Client App - When a cabinet integrates us, the identification services are executed from the client app, so the specific B-FY app is not needed.
In this section the general problems that the user may encounter during the installation process are exposed. They are exposed on the B-FY app. Any problems originating from a client app that uses B-FY but not from the official app should be referred to the client itself.
