If you have not been able to register and have already visited the help sections:
- I can't register my user
- I didn´t receive the confirmation SMS
- I didn´t receive the confirmation email
If the problem persists, you may have problems with the permissions you have given to the application.
In order to run, B-FY requires the smartphone to have a biometric reading device (fingerprint, faceid, etc).
Check in your S-O. the biometric identification settings to verify that you have it enabled for use.
