B-FY allows your users to use your app as a key to access your services, whether they are web services or physical services. Your users will use your app to identify themselves.
B-FY provides a secure and effective way to replace the username and password of your systems.
Your users will use your app to identify themselves, using the biometric factor configured on their smartphone, accessing your services easily and securely. With B-FY you increase the certainty that the person on the other side is the real user, improving the user experience and reducing the bounce rate produced by login processes (forgetting passwords, etc.).
B-FY offers all this in a simple way, it has developed a system that is very easy to integrate into the services of the client's system, offering a complete service.
To carry out the integration, B-FY interacts at two points in the customer's system:
- Client's mobile application - B-FY has a library that, added to your app, incorporates the necessary services to identify the user quickly and securely. It is a library that communicates autonomously with our servers, making calls from the client's app simple and direct.
- Services where the user is to be identified - Web services (login to a website), physical services (access control, events, etc.) where the user is to be identified, have to integrate an Open ID client. With a call via Open ID to our system, the identification services can be initiated.
When the user requests an identification request (clicking on the login button), the client's web system will invoke B-FY's Open ID system, waiting to receive the user's data (once the user has been biometrically identified by B-FY) in order to offer the specific services for that user in question.
B-FY takes care of executing the necessary operations through communication via the library integrated in the client app, minimising the interaction of the client system during the process.
This means that the integration of B-FY requires very little development in the client systems.

The B-FY general server is responsible for coordinating and protecting the communications of the library and the system in which it is integrated.
For the user, the identification process will only consist of pressing the button to identify themselves (log in to a website, access an event, etc.). Our system will then display a QR code on the screen, which the user will capture from their smartphone through the client application (through a functionality of the library that performs the reading and processing autonomously). After this, B-FY will require the user to identify himself biometrically on his mobile phone. After identification on their device, the client's system from which the identification request was made will receive the data of the user who has identified themselves, in order to carry out the appropriate actions.
This process allows you to incorporate omnichannel biometric identification for your users in all your services, so that you will not only be able to identify your users, but you will also have made your application and your system more secure. Along with biometric identification, B-FY incorporates a verification system to validate users (registration), with a ttoal security and friction-less user experience. When someone downloads the app and wants to switch from being an anonymous user to a user of your system, B-FY will be in charge of performing the relevant verifications to ensure that the user is who they say they are.
From that moment on, it is guaranteed that the app user interacting with your systems is the right person.
